Pradeep Kumar

Pradeep Kumar was born completely deaf in Narwana, in the Indian state of Haryana. His father facilitated schooling for him, just as with his other children.

Afterwards he began work as an employee in the Punjab National Bank in his hometown. Already in early years he displayed a marked creativity, without having had any particular training. His speciality is carved miniature sculptures. Using razor blades he produces figures and birds from matchsticks and toothpicks. His works can be found, for example, in the TregerSaint Silvestre collection, Portugal.
